How to Use
Add 3-5 drops of Wintergreen essential oil to your diffuser with water according to the manufacturer's instructions. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes to experience its energizing and refreshing qualities.
When applying topically, mix Wintergreen essential oil with a carrier oil like coconut or jojoba at a dilution rate of 1-2% (approximately 1-2 drops of Wintergreen per teaspoon of carrier oil). Ensure patch testing is done before broad application.
For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops of Wintergreen essential oil on a cotton pad or tissue and inhale gently. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the steam deeply.
