How to Use

Diffuser

For small rooms, add 3-5 drops. For medium rooms, use 5-8 drops, and for large spaces, 8-12 drops are recommended. Diffuse for sessions of 30-60 minutes, 2-3 times daily, preferably in the morning or during work hours.

Topical

Adult dilution should be 2-3%, equating to about 10-15 drops per 30ml of carrier oil. For children, reduce to 0.5-1%. For elderly, use a dilution of 1-2%. Common application areas include the neck, wrists, and behind the ears. Allow for 30 minutes for absorption.

Inhalation

Direct inhalation can be done by placing 1-2 drops on a tissue or cupping hands over the nose. Steam inhalation: add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water, inhaling the steam for 5-10 minutes. Consider creating a personal inhaler with Basil Sweet for on-the-go relief.
