How to Use

Diffuser

For optimal diffusion, use 3-5 drops for a small room, 5-8 drops in medium rooms and 8-12 drops in large spaces. Run the diffuser for 30-60 minutes at a time, and repeat 2-3 times a day, particularly in the morning or early afternoon to boost mood and focus.

Topical

Adult dilution should be 2-3% (12-18 drops per 1 oz. of carrier oil), children should use a maximum of 0.5-1% (2-6 drops per 1 oz.), and the elderly at 1-2%. Common application areas include pulse points and sore muscles. Use gentle massage techniques to encourage absorption.

Inhalation

For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or use hands to cup over the nose. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water, keeping a safe distance while inhaling the steam for 5-10 minutes. Personal inhalers may also be prepared for portable use.

Safety & Precautions

Always perform a patch test to check for skin sensitivity. This oil can cause photosensitivity, so avoid sun exposure for 12 hours after topical use. Pregnant or nursing women and young children should be cautious; consult a healthcare professional before use. Store in a cool, dark place away from sunlight for optimal shelf life (generally 1-2 years).

Who Should Avoid
  • ⚠️ Pregnant or breastfeeding women (especially during the first trimester).
  • ⚠️ Children under the age of 2.
  • ⚠️ People with citrus allergies or sensitivities.
  • ⚠️ Individuals taking anticoagulant medications.
