For adults, dilute to 2-3% (12-18 drops per ounce of carrier oil). For children aged 2-12, dilute to 0.5-1% (3-6 drops per ounce). For elderly individuals, use a dilution of 1-2% (6-12 drops per ounce). Suggested carrier oils include jojoba, sweet almond, or coconut oil. Apply to pulse points or areas of tension and massage gently.

For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops onto a tissue or on your palms, cup over your nose, and inhale deeply. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel, lean over, and breathe deeply for 5-10 minutes. Personal inhalers can be filled with 2-5 drops for convenience.
