How to Use
For effective diffusion, use 3-5 drops for a small room, 5-8 for a medium room, and 8-12 drops for a large room. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes at a time, for 2-3 sessions a day, ideally in the evenings to promote relaxation.
For topical use, adults should dilute Blue Tansy to 2-3% (12-18 drops per 30 ml carrier oil). For children, dilutions should be between 0.5-1%, and for the elderly, between 1-2%. Recommended application areas include sore muscles and inflamed skin; ensure to massage the area for better absorption, allowing up to 30 minutes for full efficacy.
For inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue and inhale directly, or cup your hands over your nose with a drop. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops into hot water and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes. Consider using a personal inhaler for convenient on-the-go relief.
Safety & Precautions
Conduct a patch test prior to use to prevent allergic reactions. Beware of photosensitivity - avoid sun exposure for 12 hours post-application. Pregnant or nursing individuals should consult a healthcare professional before use. Store in a cool, dark area to maintain oil integrity, and note that Blue Tansy has a shelf life of about 2-3 years.
