How to Use

Diffuser

For small rooms: 3-5 drops; medium rooms: 5-8 drops; large rooms: 8-12 drops. Optimal diffusion time is 30-60 minutes. Frequency can be 2-3 times daily. Best times are in the morning to boost energy or during the afternoon slump for upliftment.

Topical

For adults, dilute Blood Orange essential oil to 2-3% (about 12-18 drops per ounce of carrier oil). For children, use 0.5-1% (3-6 drops per ounce), and for the elderly, 1-2% (6-12 drops per ounce). Common areas for application include wrists, back of the neck, and shoulders. Massage into the skin to enhance absorption, allowing about 15-30 minutes for best results.

Inhalation

For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue and inhale the aroma or cup hands over the nose. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to hot water and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes. Personal inhalers can be infused with a few drops for on-the-go use.
