How to Use

Diffuser

For a small room, use 3-5 drops; 5-8 drops for a medium room; and 8-12 drops for a large space. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes, 2-3 times daily, ideally in the morning or after meals to support digestion.

Topical

Adult dilution at 2-3% (12-18 drops per ounce of carrier), Children at 0.5-1% (3-6 drops), Elderly at 1-2% (6-12 drops). Suggested carriers include jojoba, sweet almond, and fractionated coconut. Apply to pulse points or affected areas with gentle massage to enhance absorption.

Inhalation

For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or cotton ball and breathe deeply. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water, covering the head with a towel, inhaling for 5-10 minutes. Personal inhalers can also be prepared with a few drops for on-the-go use.

Safety & Precautions

Safety Guidelines

Perform a patch test before applying topically and avoid sun exposure for 12 hours after use due to potential photosensitivity. Not recommended for pregnant or nursing women unless advised by a healthcare provider. Store in a cool, dark place and observe the shelf life of the oil, generally around 1-2 years.
