How to Use

Diffuser

For effective diffusion, add 3-5 drops for a small room (up to 100 sq. ft.), 5-8 drops for a medium room (100-300 sq. ft.), and 8-12 drops for larger spaces. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes, 2-3 times daily, focusing on evening or meditation times for best results.

Topical

For adults, use Cedarwood Atlas oil diluted to 2-3%. For children, dilute to 0.5-1%, and for the elderly, provide a 1-2% dilution. Recommended carrier oils include jojoba, sweet almond, or coconut oil. Apply to desired areas with light massage, allowing for at least 20 minutes for absorption.

Inhalation

For inhalation, use direct inhalation with 1-2 drops on a tissue or apply a few drops in cupped hands over your nose. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes. Also consider using a personal inhaler for on-the-go use.

Perform a patch test prior to topical application to check for sensitivity. Avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours after topical application due to potential photosensitivity. Pregnant or nursing women should consult a healthcare provider before use. Store in a cool, dark place, and ensure the oil is tightly sealed to prolong shelf life. Generally safe when used as instructed.
