Diffuser

Add 3-5 drops for a small room, 5-8 drops for a medium room, and 8-12 drops for large spaces. Opt for 30-60 minute sessions, repeating 2-3 times per day, especially during the evening to aid relaxation.

Topical

Dilute for adults: 2-3% (12-18 drops per oz), for children: 0.5-1% (3-6 drops per oz), and for the elderly: 1-2% (6-12 drops per oz). Apply to the desired area, using gentle massage techniques and allowing 30 minutes for absorption.

Inhalation

For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or use cupped hands over the nose. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to hot water, inhaling the steam for 5-10 minutes. Alternatively, create personal inhalers to carry throughout the day.
