How to Use
In a diffuser, use 3-5 drops for a small room, 5-8 drops for a medium room, and 8-12 drops for a large space. Optimal duration is for 30-60 minute sessions, repeating 2-3 times daily. Best times to diffuse are in the evening or during meditation sessions.
For adults, dilute Chamomile Roman essential oil to 2-3% (12-18 drops per ounce of carrier oil), for children, dilute to 0.5-1% (3-6 drops per ounce), and for the elderly, a 1-2% dilution (6-12 drops per ounce) is recommended. Common application areas include neck, shoulders, and temples with light massage. Allow 5-20 minutes for absorption.
Direct inhalation can be performed by placing 1-2 drops on a tissue or inhaler and inhaling deeply. Steam inhalation involves adding 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhaling the steam for 5-10 minutes. For personal inhalers, follow the specific instructions provided with the inhaler.
