How to Use

Diffuser

For diffusing, use 3-5 drops in a small room, 5-8 drops in a medium room, or 8-12 drops in a large room. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes at a time, 2-3 times daily, preferably in the evening for relaxation.

Topical

For topical application, dilute essential oil to 2-3% for adults (approximately 12-18 drops per 1 oz of carrier oil), for children use 0.5-1%, and for the elderly 1-2%. Suitable carrier oils include jojoba, sweet almond, or coconut. Massage into skin, allowing time for absorption.

Inhalation

For inhalation, apply 1-2 drops to a tissue and inhale deeply, or place 2-3 drops in hot water for steam inhalation, inhaling the steam for 5-10 minutes. A personal inhaler can also be utilized for portable aromatherapy.

Safety & Precautions

Safety Guidelines

Perform a patch test before topical application to check for skin sensitivity. Avoid sun exposure for 12 hours after topical use due to potential photosensitivity. Pregnant and nursing women should consult a healthcare provider before use. Store in a cool, dark place to maintain potency. The shelf life is typically 3-5 years if stored properly.

Who Should Avoid
  • ⚠️ Pregnant individuals, especially during the first trimester.
  • ⚠️ Those with known allergies to related plant families (like Rosaceae).
