How to Use
For a small room, use 3-5 drops of clementine essential oil in the diffuser. For medium rooms, use 5-8 drops, and for large rooms, 8-12 drops. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes 2-3 times daily, preferably in the morning or late afternoon.
For adult topical use, dilute clementine essential oil to 2-3% (12-18 drops in 1 oz. carrier oil). For children, use a dilution of 0.5-1% (2-3 drops per oz). For elderly individuals, a 1-2% dilution is recommended (6-12 drops per oz). Application areas can include pulse points, and gentle massage techniques are recommended for better absorption.
For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue and breathe deeply. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes. For a personal inhaler, add 5-10 drops of oil to an inhaler wick.
