How to Use
For small rooms, add 3-5 drops of Copaiba essential oil; for medium rooms, use 5-8 drops; and for large rooms, use 8-12 drops. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes and repeat 2-3 times daily, best used in the morning to boost mood or in the evening to promote relaxation.
For topical use, dilute Copaiba essential oil to 2-3% for adults (10-15 drops in 1 oz of carrier oil), 0.5-1% for children (2-5 drops), and 1-2% for elderly individuals. Apply to sore areas or include in massage oils. Suggested carrier oils include coconut, sweet almond, or jojoba.
For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or cotton ball and breathe in deeply. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops in hot water and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes. Personal inhalers can also be prepared for on-the-go use.
