How to Use

Diffuser

For small rooms, use 3-5 drops of Cypress Oil; for medium rooms, 5-8 drops; and for large rooms, use 8-12 drops. Run the diffuser for 30-60 minutes at a time, 2-3 times a day, ideally in the morning for energizing or during the evening for calming effects.

Topical

Dilute Cypress Oil to 2-3% for adults (approximately 12-18 drops per ounce of carrier oil). For children, dilute to 0.5-1% (3-5 drops per ounce), and for seniors, to 1-2% (6-12 drops per ounce). Common application areas include pulse points and areas of concern with gentle massage for absorption.

Inhalation

For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or inhale from the bottle. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to hot water and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes. For personal inhalers, add 10-15 drops to a small inhaler stick.

Safety & Precautions

Safety Guidelines

Perform a patch test before topical application. Cypress may cause photosensitivity; avoid sun exposure for 12 hours after use. Consult a healthcare provider if pregnant or nursing. Store in a cool, dark place and ensure proper labeling for safe use.
