For optimal diffusion, use 3-5 drops of Camelia Carrier Oil in a diffuser for small rooms, 5-8 drops for medium spaces, and 8-12 drops for larger areas. Diffuse for sessions lasting 30-60 minutes, 2-3 times daily during moments of stress or fatigue.

Topical

For adults, dilute Camelia Carrier Oil to 2-3% (12-18 drops per ounce) in carrier oil before applying. For children, dilute to 0.5-1% (3-6 drops per ounce), and for the elderly, use 1-2% (6-12 drops). Apply to dry or irritated areas using gentle circular motions and allow a few minutes for absorption.

Inhalation

For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or pour into cupped hands and inhale deeply. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops into a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel, and breathe deeply for 5-10 minutes. Use a personal inhaler for convenience.
