How to Use

Diffuser

For small rooms, add 3-5 drops; for medium rooms, 5-8 drops; for large areas, use 8-12 drops. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes at a time, 2-3 times daily, ideally in the mornings or during restful evenings.

Topical

For adults, dilute to 2-3%, using oils such as jojoba or sweet almond. For children, keep it at 0.5-1%. For the elderly, 1-2% is recommended. Use circular massage techniques and ensure the oil is absorbed before applying additional layers.

Inhalation

For direct inhalation, apply 1-2 drops on a tissue and inhale. For steam inhalation, mix 2-3 drops into a bowl of hot water and breathe in for 5-10 minutes. Personal inhalers can also be used for convenience.
