How to Use
For a small room, use 3-5 drops; for a medium room, 5-8 drops; and for a large room, 8-12 drops. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes at a time, 2-3 times daily. Best use times are in the morning or during periods of fatigue.
Use a dilution of 2-3% for adults (12-18 drops per ounce of carrier oil), 0.5-1% for children (3-6 drops per ounce), and 1-2% for the elderly (6-12 drops per ounce). Recommended carrier oils include sweet almond oil, coconut oil, and jojoba oil. Apply to chest and back for respiratory support or to sore areas using circular massage techniques, allowing 10-20 minutes for absorption.
For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or cotton ball, then hold close to the nose. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale for 5-10 minutes. Personal inhalers can be filled with 5-10 drops for on-the-go use.
