How to Use

Diffuser

Use 3-5 drops of essential oil with grapeseed oil in a small diffuser, 5-8 in a medium diffuser, and 8-12 in a large diffuser. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes at a time, 2-3 times daily, preferably during times of relaxation or focus.

Topical

For adults, mix essential oils with grapeseed oil to a dilution of 2-3% (approximately 12-18 drops of essential oil per 30 ml of carrier). For children, keep it at 0.5-1% and for elderly 1-2%. Apply to pulse points or massage into desired areas, allowing time for absorption.

Inhalation

For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue and breathe deeply. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale steam for 5-10 minutes. Create personal inhalers with an appropriate essential oil blend.
