How to Use

Diffuser

For small rooms, use 3-5 drops, for medium rooms 5-8 drops, and 8-12 drops for large spaces. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes and can be repeated 2-3 times daily. Ideal times are mornings for uplifting mood and afternoons for stress relief.

Topical

For adults, dilute oil to 2-3% (12-18 drops per 30 ml). For children, use 0.5-1% (2-6 drops per 30 ml), and for elderly individuals, 1-2% (6-12 drops per 30 ml). Suggested carrier oils include jojoba or sweet almond; apply with moderate pressure during massage for better absorption.

Inhalation

For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or cotton ball and inhale deeply. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops of hibiscus oil to a bowl of hot water, covering your head with a towel for 5-10 minutes. Use personal inhalers as needed.
