How to Use
For small rooms, use 3-5 drops; for medium rooms, use 5-8 drops; for large rooms, use 8-12 drops. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes at a time and can be repeated 2-3 times daily, primarily in the evening or during stressful situations.
For adults, dilute to 2-3% (approximately 12-18 drops per ounce of carrier oil); for children, 0.5-1% (3-6 drops per ounce). Elderly individuals may use a 1-2% dilution. Preferred carrier oils include jojoba, sweet almond, and fractionated coconut oil. Massage gently in areas of tension and allow the oil to absorb fully into the skin.
For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes. Personal inhalers can also be prepared using 5-10 drops mixed with a carrier oil.
