How to Use
For small rooms, use 3-5 drops in your diffuser; for medium rooms, 5-8 drops; and for large areas, 8-12 drops. Diffuse for 30-60 minute sessions and repeat 2-3 times daily. Ideal times include before bedtime or during calm moments of your day.
For adults, dilute Jatamansi oil to 2-3% (12-18 drops per ounce of carrier oil). For children, use 0.5-1% (3-6 drops). Elderly individuals can use 1-2% (6-12 drops). Carrier oils like jojoba, coconut, or sweet almond are recommended. Massage into skin where needed.
For direct inhalation, add 1-2 drops to a tissue or cup hands over your nose. For steam inhalation, use 2-3 drops in a bowl of hot water, inhaling for 5-10 minutes. Alternatively, a personal inhaler can be prepared with a few drops for on-the-go use.

Conduct a patch test before use to check for allergic reactions. Jatamansi does not typically cause photosensitivity but is advisable to avoid sun exposure post-use.
