Diffuser

For small rooms, add 3-5 drops of essential oils to the diffuser. In medium rooms, use 5-8 drops, and for large rooms, 8-12 drops. Diffuse in sessions of 30-60 minutes, 2-3 times daily, preferably in the morning or during relaxation times.

Topical

For adults, dilute essential oils in jojoba oil at 2-3% (12-18 drops per ounce). For children, a 0.5-1% dilution is recommended (3-6 drops). Elderly individuals may use 1-2%. Apply to the desired area and gently massage in to aid absorption.

Inhalation

For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or a cotton ball and breathe deeply. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to hot water and inhale the steam for about 5-10 minutes. For a personal inhaler, add several drops to an inhaler stick.
