How to Use
For a small room, use 3-5 drops; for a medium room, 5-8 drops; and for a large room, 8-12 drops. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes at a time, 2-3 times daily. Optimal times include evening relaxation or during meditation practices.
For adults, the recommended dilution is 2-3% (10-15 drops per 1 ounce of carrier oil). For children, use a 0.5-1% dilution. For the elderly, dilute to 1-2%. Excellent carrier oils include sweet almond oil and jojoba oil. Massage gently into the skin or apply to pulse points, allowing 20-30 minutes for absorption.
For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or inhale directly from the bottle. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to hot water and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes. Personal inhalers can be created for on-the-go use.
