How to Use
For small rooms, use 3-5 drops; for medium rooms, 5-8 drops; and for large rooms, 8-12 drops. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes at a time, 2-3 times daily. It is best to diffuse kumquat in the morning or during active periods.
Dilute for adults at 2-3% (12-18 drops per ounce of carrier oil), for children use 0.5-1% (3-5 drops per ounce), and for elderly individuals use 1-2% (6-12 drops per ounce). Effective carrier oils include sweet almond, jojoba, or coconut. Can be applied to pulse points or used in massage therapies.
For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply; for steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops into hot water and inhale for 5-10 minutes. Personal inhalers can also be made for on-the-go access.
Safety & Precautions
Always conduct a patch test before topical use. It may cause photosensitivity, so avoid sun exposure for 12 hours post-application. Pregnant or nursing women should consult healthcare providers before use. Properly store in a cool, dark place; shelf life is typically 1-2 years. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
