How to Use
For appropriate diffusion, use 3-5 drops for small rooms, 5-8 drops for medium rooms, and 8-12 drops for larger spaces. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes at a time, 2-3 times daily, ideally in the evenings or during times of stress.
For adults, apply a dilution of 2-3%, which is approximately 10-15 drops per ounce of carrier oil. For children, dilute to 0.5-1% using around 3-5 drops per ounce. Elderly individuals can use a 1-2% dilution. Recommended carrier oils include jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, or fractionated coconut oil. Apply to pulse points and areas of tension; massage gently into the skin.
For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or cotton pad and breathe deeply. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops into a bowl of hot water and inhale the vapors for 5-10 minutes. Alternatively, use a personal inhaler for convenient use on-the-go.
