For diffusing, use 3-5 drops for small rooms, 5-8 drops for medium spaces, and 8-12 drops for larger areas. Allow the diffuser to run for 30-60 minute sessions, repeating 2-3 times daily. Best times to use are during stressful tasks or in the evening for relaxation.

Topical

Dilute to 2-3% for adults and 0.5-1% for children. Recommended carriers include jojoba, sweet almond, or coconut oil. Focus application on stressed muscles, temples for headache relief, or heart chakra area for emotional balance. Use gentle circular motions to massage.

For direct inhalation, apply 1-2 drops on a tissue or your hands, cupping over your nose for deep inhalation. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes. Personal inhalers can also be filled for on-the-go benefit.
