How to Use
In a diffuser, add 3-5 drops for small rooms, 5-8 drops for medium, and 8-12 drops for large rooms. Allow diffusion for 30-60 minutes. Repeat 2-3 times daily, using in the morning for an uplifting environment or before bed to promote relaxation.
For topical application, adults should dilute Lemon Myrtle to 2-3% (12-18 drops per oz of carrier oil), children to 0.5-1% (3-6 drops), and the elderly to 1-2% (6-12 drops). Suitable carrier oils include jojoba, sweet almond, or coconut. Apply to desired areas using gentle massage, allowing the oil to absorb for optimal effects.
For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply, or apply 2-3 drops in a personal inhaler for on-the-go use. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to hot water, covering your head with a towel and inhaling the steam for 5-10 minutes.
