How to Use

Diffuser

Add 3-5 drops for small rooms, 5-8 drops for medium rooms, and 8-12 drops for large spaces. Diffuse for optimal periods of 30-60 minutes, up to 2-3 times daily. Morning and evening use can enhance its uplifting and calming effects.

Topical

Adult dilution should be around 2-3%, translating to 12-18 drops of essential oil in 1 oz of carrier oil. For children, dilute to 0.5-1% (3-6 drops in 1 oz). Use carrier oils like jojoba or coconut. Apply to the desired areas with gentle massage and allow time for absorption.

Inhalation

For direct inhalation, add 1-2 drops on a tissue or inhale directly from the bottle. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops in hot water and cover your head with a towel to inhale for 5-10 minutes. Custom personal inhalers can also be created for on-the-go aromatherapy.

Safety Guidelines

Perform a patch test before topical application. Avoid sun exposure for at least 12 hours post-application due to potential photosensitivity. Consult with a healthcare provider if pregnant or nursing. Store in a cool, dark place away from children. Shelf life is approximately 1-2 years.
