How to Use
For diffusion, use 3-5 drops of Magnolia Essential Oil for small rooms (up to 150 sq. ft.), 5-8 drops for medium rooms (150-300 sq. ft.), and 8-12 drops for large rooms (300+ sq. ft.). Diffuse for 30-60 minutes, 2-3 times daily, ideally in the evening or during stressful times.
For adult topical application, dilute Magnolia Essential Oil at 2-3% (10-15 drops per ounce of carrier oil). For children, reduce to 0.5-1% (2-6 drops per ounce). Use carrier oils like sweet almond, jojoba, or coconut. Focus on areas needing relaxation or soothing. Allow 20-30 minutes for absorption before covering with clothing.
For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or cotton ball and breathe deeply. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water and breathe in the steam for 5-10 minutes. Personal inhalers can also be prepared with a few drops for on-the-go use.
Safety & Precautions
Perform a patch test before topical use to check for sensitivity. Magnolia Essential Oil may cause photosensitivity, so avoid sun exposure for 12 hours after topical application. Consult a healthcare provider if pregnant or nursing. Store in a cool, dark place. Shelf life is approximately 2-3 years under proper storage conditions.
