For adults, dilute Mandarin Oil to 2-3% (about 12-18 drops per ounce of carrier oil). For children, dilute to 0.5-1% (3-6 drops per ounce). For the elderly, a dilution of 1-2% (6-12 drops) is recommended. Carry oils such as jojoba or sweet almond should be applied on areas like wrists or neck using gentle massage techniques. Allow absorption time of about 15-30 minutes.
