How to Use
For a small room, use 3-5 drops; for a medium room, use 5-8 drops; and for a large room, use 8-12 drops. Allow diffusion for 30-60 minutes and can be repeated 2-3 times daily, ideally in the morning for an energy boost or in the evening for relaxation.
For adult use, dilute to 2-3% (12-18 drops per ounce of carrier oil). For children, use 0.5-1% (3-6 drops per ounce). Use carrier oils like jojoba or sweet almond, apply to pulse points, and massage gently for better absorption. Allow an absorption time of 30 minutes before covering the area.
Direct inhalation: Place 1-2 drops on a tissue or cotton ball and inhale deeply. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops into hot water, cover your head with a towel and inhale for 5-10 minutes. Personal inhalers can be made by adding 10-15 drops to a cotton wick in a small inhaler.
Safety & Precautions
Perform a patch test before topical application to check for sensitivities. Avoid sun exposure for 12 hours after topical use due to possible photosensitivity. Pregnant or nursing women should consult a healthcare provider before use. Store in a cool, dark place, and ensure the lid is tightly closed. The shelf life is typically 1-2 years.
