Dilute for adults at 2-3% (10-15 drops per ounce of carrier oil) and for children at 0.5-1% (2-3 drops per ounce). Good carrier oils include jojoba, sweet almond, or coconut oil. Apply to targeted areas with gentle massage.

For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or inhale deeply from the palm of your hands. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to hot water and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes. Use personal inhalers for on-the-go support.
