How to Use

Diffuser

For small rooms, use 3-5 drops; for medium rooms, 5-8 drops; and for large rooms, 8-12 drops. Optimal duration of diffusion is 30-60 minutes per session, and frequency can be 2-3 times daily, especially in the morning for an energy boost or in the evening for relaxation.

Topical

For adults, dilute Orange Sweet Essential Oil to 2-3% (12-18 drops per ounce of base oil). For children, use a dilution of 0.5-1%. For the elderly, use a dilution of 1-2%. Suitable carrier oils include sweet almond, coconut, or jojoba. Apply to pulse points or use in a full-body massage, allowing time for absorption (15-30 minutes).

Inhalation

For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or cotton ball and inhale. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes. Personal inhalers can be created using specific inhaler sticks with appropriate dilution.
