For diffuser use, add 3-5 drops for small rooms (up to 150 sq ft), 5-8 drops for medium (150-300 sq ft), and 8-12 drops for larger rooms. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes at a time, 2-3 times daily. Best times include early mornings to invigorate or late afternoons to re-energize.
Topical guidelines: Adult dilution should be 2-3%, Children 0.5-1%, Elderly 1-2%. Utilize carrier oils such as jojoba, sweet almond, or coconut. Application areas may include sore muscles or targeted blemishes, using gentle massage techniques. Allow 15-30 minutes for absorption before covering.
For inhalation, employ direct inhalation by placing 1-2 drops on a tissue or cupping hands over the nose. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops in hot water and inhale for 5-10 min. Personal inhalers can also be prepared for on-the-go use.
