Topical

For adults, dilute Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil to 2-3% in a carrier oil (15-18 drops per ounce). For children, use a dilution of 0.5-1% (3-6 drops per ounce) and for the elderly, a dilution of 1-2% (6-12 drops per ounce). Suitable areas include the nape of the neck, chest, and sore muscles. Massage gently for best absorption, which can take around 5-10 minutes.
