For small rooms, use 3-5 drops; for medium rooms, 5-8 drops; and for large rooms, 8-12 drops. Optimal diffusion duration is 30-60 minutes per session, 2-3 times a day, preferably in the morning or during stressful tasks.

Topical

For adults, dilute turmeric oil at 2-3% (approx. 12-18 drops per ounce of carrier oil); for children, use 0.5-1% (3-5 drops per ounce); for elderly, 1-2% (6-10 drops per ounce). Recommended carrier oils include jojoba or coconut. Massage gently into skin for optimal absorption.

For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue or in your cupped hands and inhale deeply. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes. To use a personal inhaler, add 10-15 drops of turmeric oil to the inhaler wick.
