How to Use

Diffuser

For small rooms, add 3-5 drops; for medium spaces, add 5-8 drops; for large areas, use 8-12 drops. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes, 2-3 times daily. Ideal times for diffusion are morning or early afternoon for an uplifting effect.

Topical

Dilute Citronella to 2-3% for adults, 0.5-1% for children, and 1-2% for the elderly. Combine with carrier oils like jojoba or coconut. Apply to areas of tension using circular massage strokes and allow 15-30 minutes for absorption.

Inhalation

For direct inhalation, place 1-2 drops on a tissue and inhale. For steam inhalation, add 2-3 drops to hot water and inhale for 5-10 minutes. Personal inhalers can be filled with 10-15 drops of Citronella oil for on-the-go use.

Safety & Precautions

Safety Guidelines

Always conduct a patch test before using topically. Citronella may cause photosensitivity; avoid sun exposure for at least 12 hours post-use. Pregnant or nursing women should consult a healthcare provider. Store in a cool, dark place and use within 1-2 years for optimal freshness.
